I had the best experience with this mobile detailing service! I actually won a full detail through an Instagram giveaway, and they completely exceeded my expectations. They showed up right on time, finished my car in under 3 hours, and it looked absolutely amazing when they were done. Not only did they do an incredible job, but they were also so kind and personable. They took the time to chat with my daughter and even gave some attention to my dog, which was such a thoughtful touch. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly detailer. Thank you again!

10/10 recommend! I couldn’t believe this transformation! Antonio did an amazing job on the exterior and interior of my car. With 3 toddlers and not having it professionally detailed in almost 2 years it needed some TLC. I love that Pro Mobile Auto Detail came to my house. Antonio was extremely detailed and meticulous in his work. Pictures honestly speak for itself! Highly recommend getting your vehicle detailed by them they serve Spokane and surrounding areas.

Amazing experience with Pro Mobile Auto Detail. I booked them as part of my husband’s birthday present to get both of our cars detailed, and they did such a great job. The convenience alone was amazing because they come directly to your house, which made the whole process so much easier with our busy schedules. The cars seriously looked refreshed inside and out. You can tell they take pride in their work and pay attention to the small details instead of rushing through appointments. The only thing I’ll mention is that timing ran a little behind, but they communicated clearly the whole time. They’re a small business and obviously in high demand, so please give them some grace on scheduling because the quality of work absolutely made up for it. Still 5 stars for me. Professional, honest, hardworking, and worth supporting. We’ll definitely use them again. 🚗✨

So far I've had 3 of the 4 vehicles in my family done and the results are outstanding. 2 of them were older "well used" vehicles but after Pro Mobile Detail worked on them they looked like brand new cars on the inside, and the exterior looks amazing. My photos don't do justice as I already pulled the truck back into the garage, but I couldn't be happier. I will definitely be doing business with them again!

If I could give this company and Antonio zero stars, I would. I don’t leave reviews often because I understand the impact they can have on businesses—but the service I was promised versus what was actually delivered (or not delivered) is completely unacceptable. I purchased a “showroom detail” for my 4Runner, and it was returned to me with a deep scratch on the front bumper that was absolutely not there when I dropped it off. When I brought this to Antonio’s attention, I was met with defensiveness and hostility instead of any real effort to resolve the issue. I asked for video or photos from his intake walk-around to verify the condition of the vehicle when it arrived, and that has not been clearly provided. For context, I have a camera on my driveway where the vehicle is parked, and there was no scratch or chip prior to drop-off. Communication has been a constant issue. It’s been a fight just to get a phone call answered or a text back in a reasonable amount of time. There was a gentleman at the shop—who, to my understanding, is not affiliated with Pro Mobile Detail—who went above and beyond to try and improve the scratch to the best of his ability, and I do appreciate that.
